Friday Yoga

Community yoga class

Wind down your week the healthy way, by taking time to gently stretch tense muscles, move stiff joints, breathe more consciously and calm your mind. Suitable for beginners and experienced students alike, this class teaches traditional yoga, breathing and meditation techniques in a simple, accessible way.

 

Wear loose, comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat if you have one (there are a few spares available to borrow) and enjoy a non-competitive atmosphere.

 

Led by Yoga in Daily Life certified yoga teacher Swami Sanjivani.

 

The class is by donation (cash or card) to Friends of Kensal Rise Library (charity no 1141606) to help support this community-run library which is funded mostly through donations and grants.

 

**Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class, as you’ll need to fill in a health questionnaire for insurance purposes and to let the teacher know of any issues.**
